Honduras Certificate Holders

On February 27, 2007, the Department of Commerce amended the CA-PEQ Export Trade Certificate of Review to permit publication of the names of firms that have been awarded quota rights in the open-tender auction process.

For the December, 2011 auction for shipment to Honduras the following firm was awarded quota rights:

Cargill Food Solutions, Wichita, KS

For the May-June, 2011 auction for shipment to Honduras the following firms were awarded quota rights:

Bassett & Walker, Inc. - Wilmington, Delaware
Merinter, Inc.- Miami, Florida

For the March-April, 2011 auction for shipment to Honduras the following firms were awarded quota rights:

Cargill Food Distribution - Wichita, Kansas
Unlimited Freight Consultants - Miami, Florida

For the February, 2011 auction for shipment to Honduras the following firms were awarded quota rights:

Cargill Food Distribution - Wichita, Kansas
Intervision Foods - Atlanta, Georgia

For the April, 2010 auction for shipment to Honduras the following firms were awarded quota rights:

Bassett & Walker, Inc. - Wilmington, Delaware
Intervision Foods - Atlanta, Georgia
Alexander Nieble - Miami, Florida

For the January, 2010 auction for shipment to Honduras in 2010 fewer than 3 firms were awarded certificate rights. The identity of certificate holders cannot be disclosed for this auction for reasons of business confidentiality.

For the February, 2009 auction for shipment to Honduras in 2009 fewer than 3 firms were awarded certificate rights. The identity of certificate holders cannot be disclosed for this auction for reasons of business confidentiality.

For the September, 2008 auction for shipment to Honduras fewer than 3 firms were awarded certificate rights. The identity of certificate holders cannot be disclosed for this auction for reasons of business confidentiality.
