On February 27, 2007, the Department of Commerce amended the CA-PEQ Export Trade Certificate of Review to permit publication of the names of firms that have been awarded quota rights in the open-tender auction process.

For the December, 2010 auction for shipment to Nicaragua in 2011 the following firms were awarded quota rights:

• Merinter, Inc., Miami, FL

For the January, 2010 auction for shipment to Nicaragua the following firms were awarded quota rights:

• Micro Steps, Coral Gables, FL
• Interra International, Atlanta, GA
• Merinter, Inc., Miami, FL

For the single auction for shipment to Nicaragua in 2009 the following firms were awarded quota rights:
